We build the software that runs a charter week. Sell, prepare, sail, settle, learn.

Velamari is a charter operations platform. It prices a request, holds the boat and takes the signature. It runs changeover day and lets guests check themselves in. It shows where every boat is and how it is doing. It raises faults, tracks the work and builds the owner statement. Then it asks every guest how the week went, and shows you how your rates sit against the region.

We also build the device on the boat. The Velamari Pulse plugs in on board and sends back what the boat already knows: where it is, what its batteries are doing, its engine hours. Most companies in this business do software or hardware. We do both, because the useful things happen where the two meet. The changeover board can reorder itself around a boat's real arrival time only because the boat itself reports in.

Before writing any of it, we sat with charter operators across Croatia, Greece and Turkey: base managers, booking managers and owners. We asked how a season actually runs, where the day goes wrong, and what a good Saturday looks like. That is still how we decide what to build next.

Velamari is a proud supporter of Project SeaSense, a non-profit marine science foundation that puts ocean sensors on sailboats. Every Pulse we ship sends anonymised readings to a research network, so every operator running Velamari is helping science watch a sea nobody can cover alone.
